Are you Ready for the New Rules for Businesses and Citizens from 01/01/21?
There is just over a month to go until the end of the Brexit transition period and there will be new rules to follow from 1st January 2021 onwards for both businesses and citizens. Please do check to see if there is anything you need to do to prepare for the new rules from 2021.
The Government have set up a useful tool on their website to tell you whether you will be affected by these new rules and what you need to do. You will be affected if you are:
- Importing goods from the EU
- Exporting goods to the EU
- Moving goods to and from Northern Ireland
- Travelling to the EU
- Living and working in the EU
- Staying in the UK if you are a EU Citizen
